Glenn received his bachelors degree in Information Management from the University of Sheffield, England. He completed his Masters from UT in Special Education and Developmental Disabilities.
Glenn has a keen interest in program design and data taking; promoting low error, effective and efficient learning. This is not limited to student teaching but also to staff and parent training.
Glenn has taught for several years in a variety of settings including in schools and in the home. He is a board-certified behaviour analyst, co-founder of the Magnolia school and long-time collaborator with the TLC.
