Zoe graduated from University College of the Creative Arts in Rochester in 2006 with a BA (Hon) degree in design. She subsequently followed a career in the creative industries in London, until she moved to Sussex in 2012. With this move she decided to make a career change and began working with adults and children with profound and multi disabilities and learning difficulties. This included individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, challenging behaviour and Huntington's disease.

Finding that working in this field was not only rewarding but suited her skills set, she progressed to Senior Site Activity Co-ordinator in 2015. During this time she achieved additional training specialism including  managing challenging behaviour and activities for people with PMLD. She obtained  a BTEC Award level 2 in Autism Awareness and level 2 NCC Certificate in Therapeutic Activities.

She joined TLC in September 2017 and works with families as an ABA tutor. This is a job that she particularly enjoys. Along side this Zoe also works for the NHS as a Occupational therapy assistant for a adults mental health hospital. She is now beginning  her training to become an Registered Behaviour Technician with Florida Tech.
