Step One: you contact the TLC. We will reply within 2 working days. You will recieve a simple form to complete and we will check in with you via phone or email to confirm receipt and book in a date for meeting.
This initial interview allows you to discuss and ask all the questions you can think of. If we are all are prepared to proceed then we send through a service agreement and begin the following processes (see below). These will vary depending on the services being delivered. The details given below are for on-going services. For one-off workshops and trainings we would follow a different protocol.
