Lily works with the TLC at their social skills group, Cadets. During their degree Lily spent a lot of time learning about child development and specifically ASD, but it wasn’t until working part time at a nursery school along side this degree that they found a love of working with children and young people.

Lily loves being involved in the local community, and helping out where they can. So, when it came to graduating from the University of Sussex in 2018 they pursued various volunteering roles working with young people and those with ASD alongside other work.

This lead to the TLC, and ABA, where they started off volunteering as a forensic detective gathering data at Cadets but has recently moved on to a fully fledged lieutenant! Lily loves being part of such a dynamic group and helping children to learn in fun and exciting ways.
